Project of a small studio for rent. This project is a great example of the fact that even in a small area and within a very limited budget, you can create a cool, interesting and unusual project.
The studio is located in the old fund, in the center of the German city of Rostock. Customers bought this apartment for rent to students, located near the university. Our task was to create a project that would immediately stand out among rental ads.
We got a memorable bright design. The space has everything you need for a comfortable life, study and noisy student parties. The area of the room is small, so we did not divide it into small rooms. We focused on working out the functionality of each zone. We have a spacious and cozy living area in which you can gather a large company. The bedroom area is separated by a partition with storage spaces. To the left of the bed is a full-fledged workplace. The kitchen area is compact but has everything you need. The facades of the kitchen are made of plywood sheet. The solution is effective and inexpensive. Along the wall with the front door are built-in wardrobes with storage space. The dressing room turned out to be narrow and elongated. To expand the space at the cabinets, the front is made of corrugated glass with backlight.
Everything in the project is simple and inexpensive. Therefore, we tried to use unusual shapes, materials, combinations of colors and textures. The project turned out to be bright, unusual and interesting. We are pleased with the result and hope that future tenants will also like it.
