The apartment is located in a new residential complex in the very center of Moscow - beautiful modern architecture, panoramic windows around the entire perimeter of the facade, sun-drenched apartments and a beautiful view. From the pros: the apartment has a lot of light, a large area, free layout, general house supply ventilation. Of the minuses - only the need to fit into the boundaries of wet zones.
The family bought the house. Free progressive people with a clear understanding of what they want from the interior. A bright apartment with a modern laconic design that makes life more pleasant and convenient. The task was to work out the functionality of each room. It was important for customers to use natural materials.
The main idea of the interior is lightness and freedom. A color scheme of light neutrals with small dark accent areas. The interior is dominated by natural materials - wood, veneer, glass, stone. The decoration is simple - painted walls, a little decorative plaster, parquet and porcelain stoneware.
There are many standard solutions in this project. And in order to make the interior more interesting, we added author's items designed specifically for this project. A dining table with a massive wooden base, a floor lamp above it, a coffee table by the sofa, pendant lamps in the bedroom. Part of the furniture is individually made, the rest is high-quality European furniture.
Interesting technological solutions - a single system of "smart home". From the tablet, you can control the entire apartment - adjust the lighting, convectors, ventilation and air conditioning, and control the curtains.
Decorative slatted partitions near the windows can be moved, changing the architecture of the space. The sofa has an author's coffee table made of metal, which we developed especially for this project. It has an interesting geometric stem.
In the dining area - author's table made of solid wood. Craft chairs Igman Chair by Zanat. A floor lamp is also an author's item. The leg rotates and the luminous ring can be turned towards the sofa. Communications to the island are carried out in a column lined with veneer. And the island itself is made of porcelain stoneware. Bar stools KRISTALIA JOKO.
In the original layout, there was a dressing room to the left of the entrance. But we decided to replace it with three built-in wardrobes. This made it possible to make a spacious hall, while maintaining storage space.
On the walls of the bedroom - decorative plaster of a light natural shade. Above the bed - a panel of ceramic tiles. Hanging lamps made of rice paper. The apartment offers a beautiful view, and the hostess asked for a lounge area in the bedroom by the window - a Sundae Lounges Design by Them armchair. At the desktop is a Suit chair by Artifort.
The owner of the apartment gets up early, and they asked to organize a private area in such a way that you can get up quietly in the morning. The private area of the master bedroom has its own small corridor from which you can get to the bathroom and dressing room.
